Bruno Odísio

Dr. Odisio serves as Professor and Co-Director of Research in the Department of Interventional Radiology, MD Anderson Cancer Center. His primary area of clinical practice and research encompasses the use of a variety of minimally invasive local therapies for the treatment and palliation of hepatobiliary malignancies, with an emphasis on the use of percutaneous ablative therapies. Additionally, Dr. Odisio's laboratory investigates the use of new advanced imaging methods to improve and predict outcomes of minimally invasive procedures such as chemoembolization and liver ablation, as well as their potential use in combination with hepato-biliary surgical procedures.
